• Invitations are as shown in the image; no additional envelopes or accessories are included. Envelope fees are included in the price for designs that come with envelopes. Some invitations do not include envelopes due to their design. The printed area may serve as an envelope through processes like folding, etc.

• The invitations are sent unassembled. For invitations requiring processes like folding, assembling, boxing, or attaching accessories, assembly is the customer’s responsibility. To assist you, one sample invitation will be assembled and included with your order.

• For refunds and exchanges, the refund process is available before the printing procedure. However, as the product you receive is personalized, returns or exchanges cannot be made after the approved design is printed. Please consider this information carefully before approving the design for printing.
